Snow much fun at Hillsborough Preschool!! January Experience Curriculum with Brightwheel was all about Winter. We learned about Winter living, winter animals, winter gear, and woodlands. So many fun activities like using big blocks for sledding or making penguins for art. We even played a counting game with winter animals where we learned to take turns and practice our counting. After spending the month on winter activities, we had a great way to end the month! We had snow blown in for a hands-on experience to bring the curriculum together! The children made snow angels, snowballs, a snowman, and slid down a snow slope. We also talked about how it felt and why we were dressed in warm clothes for the snow! There’s snow place like Hillsborough Preschool!
